E-mail support

This feature gives students the possibility to send writing tasks or questions to the teacher. The teacher will correct, answer or review them during a pre-established timeframe (20 minute). This system gives excellent flexibility to both teacher and student and is particularly appreciated, for instance, when a presentation needs to be reviewed.

Phone support

This allows the student to practise speaking skills without seeing the interlocutor. This is highly beneficial when a person needs to spend a lot of time conversing with a contact person who is not in Geneva. This service can also be used to keep the student updated when he/she has missed a lesson. A time will be agreed with the teacher, who will call the student for a 20 minute session.
