- Presenting the outcome of the needs analysis in a format accessible to the client, within an agreed time frame, and comparison of this outcome with the original objectives of the client
- Establishing and maintaining systems for recording and communicating the details of the service elements as related to the expectations and objectives, in a format accessible to the client.
2. IMPLEMENTATION
The quality of this implementation is guaranteed by
- Using suitably qualified staff with relevant experience,
- Presenting the client with advance copies of the designed service elements for their approval, within an agreed time frame
- Sourcing suitable facilities and appropriate materials for implementing the service, in liaison with the client and within an agreed time frame
3. DELIVERY
The quality of this delivery is guaranteed by
- The fact that the business operation of Bell complies with national law, and that they abide by the principles of integrity, value for money, fair-trading with other clients, and fair dealing with staff
- Careful attention to individual needs within any group requirements
- Bell Switzerland is accredited and inspected by the EAQUALS and EDUQUA inspectors regularly
4. STAGED EVALUATION
The evaluations are guaranteed by
- Appropriate, regular reports to the client on progress
- Efficient administration of such procedures
- Use of progress tests to measure effectiveness and appropriateness of services provided
