Our approach to your learning
Bell will take a client-centred approach to the design of courses and is accustomed to preparing and designing courses in a variety of formats. The courses offered, subject to the training needs analysis, can vary in length and timing.
Whilst levels and objectives may vary depending on the objectives of each course or student, our approach is above all communicative. We believe that the aim of learning a language is to be able to communicate meaningfully and effectively with others.
Our second key word is balance: between accuracy and fluency, between theory and practice, between the skills of reading, writing listening and speaking, between pedagogical guidance and learner independence.
Bell uses its own international curriculum framework to develop outlines and learning milestones for the various courses, both specialised and general, on offer.
Course outlines will relate to the level scheme outlined in the Common European Framework (Council of Europe 1997)
Course design will include the selection of materials relevant to the learning objectives of the clients.
