Nous recherchons des professeur(e)s de français langue étrangère expérimenté(e)s pour rejoindre notre brillante équipe pour les cours du soir. Si vous aimez l’enseignement et avez la capacité d’enseigner la langue avec patience et tact, rencontrons-nous.Votre objectif principal sera de créer un environnement d’apprentissage propice qui aidera vos élèves à atteindre leurs objectifs d’apprentissage. Grâce à des méthodes intéressantes et variées, vous leur apprendrez les règles importantes de la lecture, de l’écriture et de la conversation. Vous surveillerez leurs progrès en suivant leurs sessions et leurs notes d’examens, afin de leur donner des informations utiles.

Responsabilités

• Préparer les contenus et les activités pour les cours dont vous aurez la responsabilité
• Donner des devoirs et des exercices intéressants
• Identifier les élèves ayant des besoins spéciaux et créer des plans personnalisés
• Déterminer les notes des examens et des devoirs
• Faire des commentaires en fonction de la charge de travail et du comportement de la classe
• Garder une trace de l’assiduité et des notes des élèves
• Rechercher de nouvelles méthodes d’enseignement des langues
• Collaborer avec l’équipe académique et les account managers pour favoriser une bonne expérience des élèves

Exigences

• Expérience antérieure en tant que professeur(e) de FLE
• Connaissance des diverses méthodes d’enseignement
• Excellentes compétences de communication et d’organisation
• Personnalité patiente et résiliente
• Dévouement envers les élèves et l’enseignement
• Formation universitaire dans le domaine de l’éducation, en lettres ou formation spécifique dans la langue d’enseignement

English Teachers for Young Learners

Bell Switzerland is seeking dynamic professionals to join our academic team in Geneva to teach our students from 3 to 16 years old, in our Young Learners programme taking place Wednesdays and Saturdays in Geneva.

• A Nursery, for children age 2 to 4

• An extra-curricular English classes programme, Young Learners, age 3 to 18
• An Adults and Professionals department, for students 18 and above, keen on learning one of 12 languages
• A Corporate department, specialised in setting up corporate training
• A Teacher Academy, to prepare individuals to teach students of all age.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• A Native English speaker level
• A recognised teaching qualification at the graduate or postgraduate levels, such as YL teaching certificate / CELTA / PGCE or Bachelors / Master of Education (candidates currently enrolled on such courses would also be considered.)
• Experience of young learners teaching, students from 3 to 16 years old
