1. Registration is for the entire session.
2. Payment must be made at least 48 hours before the beginning of the course.
3. All cancellations must be made in writing to Karen.Greaney@bell-school.ch at least 48 hours before the beginning of the course. Otherwise, full payment for the course will be due.
4. Bell Switzerland SA reserves the right to postpone the start date of the course in case of insufficient enrollment. Schedules may also be changed if necessary.
5. Since this is a group course, no substitutions or replacement lessons are possible in the event that one of the participants is absent from a class. If you are unable to attend a class, we kindly ask you to inform your teacher and the school by e-mail Karen.Greaney@bell-school.ch.
7. If, on federal or cantonal instructions, the school has to close or the courses can no longer take place in person, all our face-to-face courses will be replaced by distance learning (virtual class and/or online activities or other modalities).

• In filling in this form or enrolling with Bell Switzerland SA (Bell), you are agreeing to the storage and use of any student or personal information you provide for Bell’s purposes only.
• Bell will only share your personal details with third party providers who are contracted to provide a specific service on behalf of Bell and require the information to perform their function (e.g. student platforms, examination centres).
• Bell will pass on your details to Swiss government agencies if requested by them to do so. We will not pass any personal details on to any other third party or organisation.
