This course is aimed at anyone who wants to develop quality human relations in their professional and personal life, through clear, empathetic communication.
The activities proposed will enable you to adopt a communication posture that fosters quality relationships with yourself and others.
This course enables you to :
- Act with greater awareness of the impact of communication on the quality of relationships and collaboration
- Be able to remain in touch with what motivates you, while trying to understand the situation and the motivations of those you are dealing with
- Become more aware of the choices you can make as part of your responsibilities
- Be able to rediscover a quality of communication that can generate trust even when there is disagreement
- Develop the ability to overcome blocked relational situations
- Increase the ability to defuse conflicts and manage difficult situations
- Gain access to life skills that are beneficial both personally and professionally
