The Cambridge DELTA (Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) is one of the most prestigious qualifications for experienced English language teachers worldwide.
It is designed for teachers who want to:
- Strengthen their theoretical understanding of English language teaching.
- Develop advanced classroom practice.
- Progress into senior teaching, training, or academic management roles.
The qualification consists of three modules, which can be taken independently or in combination, at your own pace.
Module Three
Extending Practice and ELT Specialism
Module Three – Specialisation in an area of professional interest
You will either design a detailed course proposal in your chosen field (ELT option); or you will design a change proposal for your language teaching operation (ELT Management option).
The format of Module Three is 100% online, with flexible study and one-to-one tutor support. Assessment for this module is in the form of an extended written assignment submitted to Cambridge.
