At Bell International School, we strive to make our admissions process as streamlined as possible for families. Our process usually involves the following stages:
- Initial enquiry by the family via our contact form
- A visit to our school and/or discussion via telephone or video call with our team
- Submission of a complete application form
- Review by our pedagogical team of the application form and exchange with the family for any supporting documentation
- Offer of a place
- Signature of enrolment contract

We would be delighted to welcome you for a visit to our school or answer any questions you might have.
Our school is located in the heart of International Geneva, at 12 Chemin des Colombettes. We are easily accessible by public transport. The nearest TPG stops are Motta (bus lines 5, 8 and 11) and Nations (tram line 15 and bus lines 20, 22, 51, 60 and 61). Public white and blue parking spots are available around the school.

Open Days
We hold regular open days for families and look forward to welcoming you at one of our upcoming events.
During our open days, you will be able to visit our classrooms, meet the teachers, learn about the curriculum and ask any questions you might have.

Apply
We are excited that your family is ready to take the next step towards joining the Bell community. We accept applications throughout the year, subject to availability of space.
To apply for a place in our Nursery, Pre-School class or Primary School, please complete the online application form by clicking the relevant button below.
Once we have received and reviewed your complete application form, we will be in touch with any requests for further documentation and/or with an offer of a place in our school.
Following the acceptance of a place, an enrolment contract will be sent by our school. Only once we receive the signed enrolment contract is the place guaranteed.

Enrolment Fee
A one-time non-refundable enrolment fee of CHF 250 is due for new students at the moment of registration. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing the registration for all new students.

Sibling and other discounts
A discount of 5% will be applied where siblings are enrolled in the Young Learners, Nursery and/or Primary Section, or when annual fees are paid in one lump-sum. The discount will be taken off the lesser invoice amount where the two amounts are different.

Notice periods for withdrawals or cancellations
All modifications to the initial enrolment must be provided in writing to the Nursery & Primary School administration. Addition of or changes to sessions already accepted will be subject to availability. Any decrease in sessions or withdrawals from the school must respect the following deadlines, or the original / current enrolment fee will be due :
- 24th July 2026 for the first term
- 17th November 2026 for the second term
- 12th March 2027 for the third term
